TRAINING DAYS
TAKE XANABOL TWICE DAILY ON TRAINING DAYS. TAKE INITIAL DOSE INSIDE OF 60-MINUTES (1 HOUR) PRIOR TO TRAINING. TAKE SECOND DOSE WITHIN 60-MINUTES OF BED TIME.
NON-TRAINING DAYS
TAKE 2 XANABOL CAPSULES 60-MINUTES PRIOR TO BED TIME.

All users should take the product based upon their individual body weight and training intensity. If you do not immediately see or feel a result- increase the dosage to the next level. Take the product for 12-Weeks only, and then stop use for a full 7 days before beginning another cycle of use.
